I have a great recipe for CHOCOLATE
ZUCCHINI BREAD that I think people might enjoy on the Web Page, Ginny Shuff

CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI BREAD
1/2 cup
butter
1/2 cup sour milk (add 1/2 tsp vinegar)
1/2 cup
oil
2-1/2 cups flour
1-3/4 cup
sugar
4 tablespoons cocoa (unsweetened)
2
eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp
vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 cup nuts
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups zucchini (shredded)
Cream first three ingredients, add eggs and vanilla. Beat. Sift dry
ingredients together. Add alternately with sour milk. Fold in zucchini and nuts.
Bake 9 x 13 pan or makes great small loaves. Oven 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes
or until done.
